    62% turnout in Haryana Assembly elections

    • 62% of Haryana voters cast their ballot in the Assembly election, a decrease from the 68% turnout in 2019.
    • Polling was largely peaceful, with minor clashes between party supporters.
    • The Election Commission reported an approximate voter turnout of 61.61% till 10 p.m.
    • Both the BJP and Congress announced a potential victory, with former Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda stating Congress will form the government comfortably.
