Manipur Panel to Submit Report by Nov. 20

• The CoI has received approximately 11,000 affidavits, with the last deadline being January 24.
• The CoI was appointed by the Ministry of Home Affairs on June 4, 2023, and is expected to submit its report within six months.
• The Ministry issued a notification amending the deadline to November 20, 2024.
• The CoI is expected to investigate the causes, extent, sequence of events, and any lapses or derelictions of duty.
