    • NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope data confirms the Hubble Tension, indicating the universe’s expansion rate is faster than expected.

    • The data, the largest sample of Webb Telescope data in its first two years in space, contradicts the notion that Hubble’s data was flawed due to instrument error.

    • The study suggests a need to revise our model of the universe, despite the difficulty in identifying the cause.

    • Dark matter, thought to comprise about 27% of the universe, is inferred to exist based on its gravitational effects on ordinary matter.

    • Dark energy, believed to comprise approximately 69% of the universe, counteracts gravity and drives the universe’s expansion.

    • The anomalous expansion rate could be explained by dark matter, dark energy, dark radiation, neutrinos, or gravity itself having exotic properties.
