• Aims to empower women aged 18-70, Class X pass.

• Women agents to receive specialized training and stipend for first three years.

• Stipends: ₹7,000 per month for first year, ₹6,000 per month in second year, ₹5,000 per month in third year.

• Bima Sakhis to receive commission.

• Plan to appoint two lakh Bima Sakhi over three years.
