    • German Chancellor Olaf Scholz criticized the debate, stating it was inappropriate to discuss peacekeeping troop deployments in the midst of a war.
    • Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk stated his country would not send troops to Ukraine and emphasized the transatlantic relationship between the U.S. and Europe.
    • U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer emphasized the need for a U.S. backstop and called for more burden-sharing in defense with the U.S.
    • Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson and Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schoof suggested Europeans should decide on their contribution to bringing peace in Ukraine.
