Chairman Pandey takes over SEBI

• Pandey praised SEBI’s robust market institution and its trust from people, industry, Parliament, investors, and the government.• He emphasized four objectives for his tenure: technology, trust, transparency, and teamwork.
• Pandey replaces Madhabi Puri Buch, whose tenure ended on Friday.
• All four SEBI members welcomed Pandey at the SEBI headquarters.
