• Manipur under President’s Rule, Parliament must approve its Budget.
• Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman tabled Manipur Budget for 2025-26, increasing expenditure from ₹32,656.81 crore.
• Budget discussions start Tuesday, paired with debates on Supplementary Demands for Grants for 2024-25 and Demands for Excess Grants for 2021-22.
