    • The Noida International Airport, located in Uttar Pradesh’s Jewar, is expected to become the preferred choice for residents in Noida, Greater Noida, and other west U.P. cities.
    • The airport’s proximity to the Yamuna Expressway, Eastern Peripheral Expressway, and the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, and a high-speed metro corridor between Ghaziabad and Jewar, contributes to its appeal.
    • Despite mixed emotions from frequent fliers, the airport is expected to reduce travel time and boost businesses.
    • Adya Goyal, a frequent flier, believes the IGI Airport has better public transport connectivity and infrastructure, but is apprehensive about the potential tourist boom.
    • Harsh Bansal, a solar company owner, believes the new airport will boost businesses in west U.P. cities like Aligarh, Agra, and Mathura.
    • A committee has prepared a plan to connect the airport with a bus network, which is awaiting approval.
