The Union Home Ministry has requested states to conduct nationwide drills for effective civil defense, including air-raid warning signs, crash blackout measures, and evacuation plans. The drills will begin on Wednesday and continue until Friday, amid escalating tensions between India and Pakistan following the Pahalgam terror attack.
