• India’s Government is sending multi-party delegations to global capitals to express concerns about cross-border terrorism from Pakistan.

• The delegations will visit 33 countries over the next fortnight, with the first delegation leaving for the United Arab Emirates on Wednesday.
• The first delegation, led by Shiv Sena MP Shrikant Eknath Shinde, met with Sheikh Nahyan Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Co-Existence of the UAE.
• The delegation conveyed to the UAE that the April 22 terror attack in Pahalgam was aimed at creating “social disharmony” within India.
