    • Indian Embassy in Ireland issued an advisory to Irish citizens amidst increasing incidents of physical attacks against Indian citizens in Ireland.

    • The advisory came after an Indian national reported being assaulted by teenage gang members on July 31.

    • The Indian Embassy is in contact with Irish authorities and advises Indian citizens to take reasonable precautions for their personal security.

    • The advisory also urged Indian citizens to contact 0899423734 in case of emergency.

    • The incident, which occurred on July 31, resulted in Dr. Santosh Yadav, a Multimodal AI Scientist, suffering a fractured cheekbone and other injuries.

    • The Indian mission is in contact with the wider Indian community and has taken up the matter with Irish authorities in Dublin and Delhi.
