    • India’s Mohammed Siraj, a five-wicket hero, dismissed England’s Gus Atkinson to secure a narrow victory at The Oval.

    • The victory ended the maiden Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy series at 2-2.

    • The visitors, led by Shubman Gill, clinched a target of 374 with four wickets in hand on Day Five.

    • England, looking for a Test series win after seven years, had last won 4-1 in 2018.

    • Siraj and Prasidh Krishna proved a lethal combination, securing their third success at The Oval.

    • Siraj was named Player-of-the-Match for his nine-wicket haul in the Test, while Gill and Harry Brook were adjudged Player-of-the-Series for their teams.
