• Azerbaijan Airlines plane crashed in Kazakhstan, killing 38 out of 67 passengers.
• The plane was attempting to land in Russian city of Grozny, but diverted off course across the Caspian Sea.
• Russia’s aviation chief claimed Grozny was being attacked by Ukrainian drones at the time of the plane’s landing.
• Azerbaijan’s Transport Minister, Rashad Nabiyev, confirmed external interference and urged for investigation into the weapon used.
