    • The Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) approved the construction of Legislative Assembly and High Court buildings, five iconic towers, and trunk and lay LPS roads.

    • The Assembly and High Court buildings were planned on 103 acres and 42 acres in Amaravati, costing ₹765 crore and ₹1,049 crore respectively.

    • The Legislative Assembly building will be a 250-metre-high tower with a built-up area of 11.22 lakh sq.ft.

    • The High Court building will be a 55 metre-high eight-storey structure with a built-up area of 20.32 lakh sq.ft.

    • The five iconic towers will have a total space of 68,88,064 sq.ft. and cost ₹4,688 crore.
