    • The Ministers stressed the need to move beyond past structures shaped by colonialism and power politics, towards a more inclusive global discourse.

    • The Dialogue’s thematic anchors – creativity, culture, and collaboration – were reiterated, calling for enabling frameworks supporting local storytelling, intellectual property enforcement, and cultural preservation.

    • The “WAVES Declaration” was adopted by member nations, affirming their commitment to promoting cultural diversity, responsible use of emerging technologies, and enhanced global cooperation in the media and entertainment sector.

    • The Dialogue resulted in a consensus on facilitating global collaboration to strengthen creativity, innovation, and cross-cultural understanding.
