    • He calls for a dedicated urban transformation mission and a #CleanGanga-style project for Cauvery, Vaigai, and Thamirabarani.

    • Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann calls for increased financial support from the Centre and criticizes the “step motherly treatment” given to his State.

    • Development plans include three sub-groups of States, focusing on technology, transparency, and transformation.
