    Nikhat’s First Experience at the Olympics

    Post-Olympics Struggles

    • Faced a drastic change in mindset, leading to a weight gain of 7 kgs within a month.

    • Helped out of this rut by her adopted golden retriever, Bella, and a trip to Kashmir.

    Challenges and Strengthening

    • Picked up a meniscus injury, pushed to the sidelines for almost four months.

    • Returned to the ring at the Elite Women’s Boxing Tournament in Hyderabad but had to pull out before her bout with Jyoti.
