• He alleges that 1,00,250 “fake votes” were created in the Mahadevapura Assembly segment in Bangalore Central Lok Sabha constituency in Karnataka to ensure a BJP win.
• The State Chief Electoral Officer has asked Gandhi to submit his evidence under oath.
• Gandhi outlined five methods of vote theft: duplicate voters, fake and invalid addresses, bulk voters at a single address, invalid photos, and misuse of Form 6.
• He emphasized that the EC is not in the business of destroying Indian democracy, but protecting it.
