    • Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla warned against protests or demonstrations within parliamentary premises.

    • Debate on the Constitution’s 75th anniversary, no-confidence motion against Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar, and impeachment proceedings against an Allahabad High Court judge were held.

    • The government introduced controversial Bills — the Constitution (129th Amendment) Bill, 2024 and the Union Territories Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2024 — to give effect to “One Nation One Election”.
