Salman Rehman Khan Extradited from Rwanda for Terror Case
• Salman Rehman Khan, a member of Lashkar-e-Taiba, was extradited from Rwanda in a terror case.
• Khan was wanted as a Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) operative in a case registered by the National Investigation Agency (NIA).
• Khan was geolocated in Rwanda with assistance from the Interpol National Central Bureau-Kigali.
• Khan was returned to India on November 28 by a security team from the NIA.
• Khan is the 17th accused to be extradited/deported in major NIA cases since 2020.
• Khan was found to have facilitated the collection and distribution of explosives for other terror accused.
