SC shields YouTuber from arrest, attacks ‘filthy language’

• The court questioned the level of obscenity of Allahbadia’s comments, citing the Supreme Court’s judgment in the Apoorva Arora case.
• The current FIRs charge Allahbadia with unrelated offences, including spreading enmity between two groups and injuring religious beliefs.
• Counsel argued that the registration of multiple FIRs was an abuse of the process of law.
