    • The court considered recalling its May verdict’s directions to allow the use of temple funds for the corridor development project.

    • The court suggested a committee manage the temple until the High Court decides the ordinance’s validity.

    • The case was adjourned to August 5, with Additional Solicitor General K.M. Nataraj to take instructions from the State.

    • Justice Kant emphasized the need for basic amenities and religious tourism as a revenue source.
