Supreme Court to Consider Easing GRAP-4 Curbs in Delhi

• The Supreme Court will consider relaxing GRAP-4 curbs in Delhi on November 25.

• The decision will depend on the report of 13 Court Commissioners, a team of young advocates visiting Delhi’s border entry points.

• The court found 100 of the 113 entry points to the Capital were unmanned, allowing polluting vehicles to enter.

• Delhi Environment Minister Gopal Rai has requested Chief Secretary Dharmendra to ensure enforcement and coordinated implementation of the curbs.
