• Discussed free movement of vehicles to and from Meitei-dominated valley areas and highways passing through Kuki-Zo-dominated hill areas.
• Deliberated on return of internally displaced people to their homes, subject to security arrangements.
• Ministry officials appealed to refrain from violence, return looted police weapons, and deposit other arms with security forces.
• Following Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla’s appeal, 1,063 weapons, 15,027 rounds of ammunition, 684 improvised explosive devices, and 5,971 ‘other items’ were surrendered.
