United Kingdom, others will negotiate Ukraine deal: Starmer

• UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer announced a new sequence of events to reach a peace deal between Ukraine and Russia.
• The agreement follows an argument between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and US President Donald Trump and Vice-President J.D. Vance.
• The UK, France, and possibly one or two others will work with Ukraine on a plan to stop the fighting.
• The plan will then be discussed with the US.
• Following the summit meeting, a four-step process will be agreed, including continued aid to Ukraine and economic pressure on Russia.
