Super Specialist Medical Officer (Second-in-Command) : 04 vacancies (UR-03, OBC-01) in various CAPF in various medical disciplines (ITBP-04), Pay Scale : Level-12 ₹ 7800-209200 of 7th Pay Commission, Age : 50 years.

Specialist Medical Officer (Deputy Commandant) : 210 vacancies (UR-94, EWS-23, OBC-56, SC-24, ST-13) 175 posts (UR-71, OBC-60, SC-29, ST-15) in various CAPF in various medical disciplines (BSF-61, CRPF-115, SSB-19, ITBP-09, Assam Rifle-06), Pay Scale : Level-11 ₹ 67700-208700 of 7th Pay Commission, Age : 40 years.

Medical Officer (Assistant Commandant) : 556 vacancies (UR-149, EWS-115, OBC-204, SC-76, ST-12, Ex.SM-55) 317 (UR-85, OBC-167, SC-59, ST-06) posts in various CAPFs (BSF-150, CRPF-154, SSB-61, ITBP-163, Assam Rifle-28), Pay Scale : Level -10 ₹ 56100-177500 of 7th Pay Commission, Age : 30 years.

All General and OBC candidates are required to pay ₹ 400/- by online methods. SC, ST and Female candidate are exempted from paying Fees.
