Physical Mock Interview Session with Debtanu Das , WBRS Rank 10 , WBCS Group A in WBCS 2019 Examination. The mock interview was conducted in April – May 2021 & actual interview was held in April-May 2021. Due to Covid situation PSC had announced online interview. 3. Sri Abhirup Bhattacharjee, Deputy Magistrate & Deputy Collector (WBCS Exe Rank 3, 2018)
4. Sri Subrata Bhattacharya, Consultant Psychologist.
We tried to discuss every aspect of candidate’s life and suggest any addition alteration of the way of speaking, how to tackle tough questions, overall grooming etc. It was also probably first time that a psychologist was included in the board but he was not visible all the time as a rule of the game. After each interview there is separate feedback part in this same video in last 2/3 minutes.

| Questions & Answers discussed in actual interview : | My academic details, family background,my subjects,one riddle, about police service,and schemes.The board was very cordial. 1)Firstly I was asked about my personal details , like about my schooling , about my father , my percentages etc. 2)Then Chairman Sir asked me a riddle but I couldn’t say. 3)Which Bengali Uponnash do you like reading? 4)I was asked about some characters from some Bengali Uponnash. Then I was passed to next member. As my second choice was Police Service , so I was asked a lot of questions from there. 5)What are the acts in Police Service? 6)Then I was given a situation and asked to tell what steps I would regarding that. Then I was passed to third member. 7)Tell me about some schemes related to girls or women in West Bengal. Ans – I told about Kanyashree, Ruposhree , Mabhoi etc. 8)What is the meaning of Mabhoi? Ans- Don’t get scared. 9)What is the Mabhoi Scheme? Ans – I couldn’t say. 10)Then I was asked about Sobujshree Scheme. Ans – I could tell this.1. Which districts comprise North Bengal? 2. Effects of demonetization. 3. Detailed discussion on Psephological methods. 4. Detailed discussion on past and present voting pattern in West Bengal. 5.
