WBCS Preparation Without Joining Any Coaching Center

We think and believe that all candidates have merit, more or less of same amount. But they only fail/disqualify in the WBCS exam only due to absence of proper guidance. This guidance may be paid like by some coaching centers or unpaid like some senior’s guidance. There are lot of books and notes available in the market. If one starts to study those books it will take 2-3 years for good preparation for an exam like WBCS as you know its services are of highest administrative nature in West Bengal.At the same time we also like to remind you that this exam is not ONLY for Scientists, Researchers , a general graduate can also take the exam and be a topper. And you need not to memorize your studies for 20 hours a day to qualify in this exam. Candidates should have sound basic knowledge and a good strategy for cracking this exam.Changed pattern of this exam has made it easier provided you know what to study and how to do it.

Initially those who are the newcomer in study for WBCS Examination, all subjects appear to be mysterious & complicated .It is a very complicated thinking for all of those newcomer students but they don’t need to worry about that. If his/her goal is the WBCS then he should start studying and also love this examination. In case of preparation by self one has to assess himself/herself that on which subjects he/she has strength and in which subjects he/she is weak.

Then one needs to emphasize more on those subjects in which he/she wants to get much good score and in case of rest of subjects, he needs to follow up later .The main thing is to study at home about this matter,one needs to follow strategy that how to read & which questions can come in exam paper?

Then it is a big question how to make own strategy? Then one has to follow all those previous years’ questions & must solve the MCQ … To solve MCQ questions & answers and for previous years question papers/books and by this one will easily get to know about the standard of questions and strategy etc. and also many authorised book from any book shop or many book stall from college Street.

The main thing is you have to read HISTORY (Ancient, Medieval,INM/Indian National Movement), Geo, Math, GK, Polity, Reasoning, Economy very well. You can get help from internet connection at home or in p YouTube channel.

But if he or she does not follow good strategy and keep himserlf focussed and motivated then after few months he or she will loose the tenacity and ultimately loose a precious year. In that case he or she should join a PROPER guidance.
